Sisters receive regular spiritual direction and accompaniment, along with opportunities to study Salesian spirituality and theology. Contemplation and vocational reflection are encouraged, allowing sisters to continually renew their commitment.
Apostolic Renewal
Ongoing apostolic renewal ensures that sisters stay engaged and effective in their mission. Sisters update their knowledge and skills in areas such as education, youth ministry, and social services. They are encouraged to explore new apostolic experiences and missions, develop leadership skills, and mentor others. Collaboration with other Salesian entities is promoted, as is the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance ministry efforts.
Community Life
Community life is integral to Salesian spirituality. Sisters strengthen bonds with one another through shared experiences, fostering empathy, forgiveness, and reconciliation. Community discernment and decision-making processes are emphasized, alongside active participation in community life and nurturing intergenerational relationships.

Sisters are encouraged to develop resilience and adaptability, as well as to nurture creativity and innovation in their work and daily lives.
Salesian Identity
Maintaining a strong Salesian identity is central to the sisters’ vocation. This includes ongoing study of Salesian history, charism, and spirituality, along with reflection on the lives and writings of the congregation’s founders. Sisters strive to embody the Salesian mission and values, sharing this spirituality with others and actively participating in Salesian events and celebrations.
Accountability and Support
To ensure transparency and growth, the province provides regular evaluations and feedback, peer support, and mentoring. Sisters have access to ongoing formation programs, workshops, resources, and expert guidance to support their mission. Accountability and transparency are encouraged in all areas of community and ministry.

Intergenerational Dialogue
Fostering relationships between younger and older sisters enriches community life. Sisters learn from each other’s experiences, share perspectives, and collaborate on projects. This intergenerational exchange brings out the richness of diversity and mutual respect within the community.
Missionary Zeal
Sisters are encouraged to embody Salesian missionary zeal with enthusiasm. They engage in outreach and evangelization, support missionary projects, and pray for vocations. Living with a deep sense of purpose and commitment to their vocation, they continually seek to share the Salesian mission with the world.
