Provincial Team and Commission Members Meet to Reflect, Plan, and Renew Commitment

The meeting of the Provincial Team and the Province Commission Members took place on 14 June 2025 at Auxilium Provincial House, Tiruchirappalli, with a focus on evaluating the past academic year and strategically planning for the year ahead. The day commenced with an inspiring talk on ‘Team Building,’ setting a collaborative tone for the proceedings. Sector coordinators presented their Annual Plans and Projects, and the Annual Calendar was reviewed and updated. A special moment of gratitude was extended to Sr. Peter Selvarani for her dedicated seven-year service as General Coordinator, while Sr. Rayan M. Auxilia Sophi was warmly welcomed as the new General Coordinator, alongside the newly appointed team members. Annual sector reports were shared, shedding light on key achievements and challenges. In the afternoon, members visited the Team Room to update documents and photos for proper documentation. A joint discussion among team and commission members identified priority areas for growth. The General Assembly offered a meaningful space for shared reflection and a renewed commitment to the province’s mission. The presence of five lay collaborators added valuable insights, and the day concluded with tea and a strengthened spirit of unity and dedication.
