The Formators’ meeting held on 14 July 2025 at Kodambakkam, Chennai, was a meaningful space for mutual sharing, reflection, and planning the formative journey of our Sisters.

Sr. Devadoss Margaret, Provincial of INM, offered an inspiring reflection on accompaniment as a sacred encounter between God and the one called, drawing insights from both the Gospel and the FMA Constitutions.

Sr. Susai Josephine Rani, INM Province Secretary, introduced the newly published commentary on the FMA Constitutions, titled Le Costituzioni delle FMA: un cammino di santità nel quotidiano, released in preparation for the 150th anniversary of the first missionary departure. A translated passage was shared for personal reflection and deeper assimilation.

In the concluding message, a powerful image was shared, comparing the process of formation to “the growth of a bamboo grove: silent, steady, and deeply rooted.” This image served as a gentle reminder of the Formators’ task: to nurture hidden growth with patience, resilience, and grace.
