On 14 July 2024, Thanjavur Auxilium hosted a significant meeting for 22 headmistresses from different schools of the INT Province. The event was meticulously organized by Sr. Sebastian Margaret, the Academic Coordinator of the INT Province, ensuring a structured and insightful gathering.
Opening and Welcome
The meeting commenced with a solemn prayer service led by Sr. Robert Punitha, the headmistress of Auxilium School of Excellence, Puthenthurai, setting a reflective and unified tone for the day. Following the prayer, Sr. Antonysamy Regina extended a warm welcome to the attendees and felicitated the Academic Coordinator Sr. Sebastian Margaret and Sr. Francis Diaz Immaculate, the animator of Thanjavur Auxilium, fostering an atmosphere of solidarity and respect.

Participants engaged in formulating and discussing questions related to contemporary challenges in schools and practical measures to address them. They also reviewed and celebrated the achievements of the past year, fostering a sense of accomplishment and shared purpose. Various materials and handouts, such as appointment order models, guidelines for minority status, and a list of documents required to be recorded in the school office concerning government requirements, were distributed to all the headmistresses.
